Outline of Research at the Start	患者安全対策は従来、医療者の視点のみで検討されていたが、近年インシデントへの対応に患者自身が関与する、いわゆる患者協働による安全対策が提唱されている。このような背景がある一方で、患者協働による安全対策の医療現場での実装不足という点で課題を有している。患者安全を真に確保するためには医療現場で導入する必要があるため、今後は患者協働方策導入にあたる促進・阻害要因を加味した実装戦略策定による医療機関への支援を行う必要がある。そのため本研究では、①患者協働方策の促進・阻害因子の体系的な分析と特定、②患者協働実装戦略の設計を行い、③実装戦略の検討と④患者協働戦略の実装教育コースの作成・検証を実施する。
