Outline of Research at the Start

統合失調症スペクトラム障害(SSDs)患者は有病率の高い疾患であるが、その死亡率は一般人口と比して2-3倍とされている。この原因の１つに身体疾患治療アクセスにおける一般人口との格差があげられている。実臨床においてSSDs患者は身体疾患治療中に精神症状が悪化する場合があり、医療者が精神症状悪化リスクを恐れるために、SSDs患者が身体治療機会を逸している現状がある。今回、身体治療中の精神症状悪化に関する予測スコアリングモデルを作成し、悪化リスクに応じた適切な入院先の選定の根拠を提示することで、SSDs患者が安心して身体治療を受けられる社会環境の構築を目指す。
