Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、我が国で普及しつつある北米型の感染症コンサルテーションの費用対効果を評価することを目的とする。我が国の年々増大する国民医療費を最適化するために、感染症コンサルテーションに対する加算の必要性や、加算額を検討するために、費用対効果を評価する。急性期診療の成績改善や、不足している感染症専門医の育成を加速する効果が期待され、診療の質の向上や、ネクストパンデミックにレジリエンとな医療構築の体制を目指す。
