Outline of Research at the Start

まず、診療ガイドライン作成組織を対象に、取り組みの実態、障壁を把握するための調査を実施する。続いて、日本の診療ガイドラインの品質評価のデータセットを構築し、取り組みと品質との関連を明らかにする。最後に、日常臨床の結果を蓄積するDPCデータを用いて、診療ガイドラインの影響の測定・評価を検証する。本研究は、診療ガイドラインによる医療の質の継続的な向上ための基礎的・先駆的な知見となると期待される。
