Outline of Research at the Start	わが国は先進諸国と比べて、ヒトパピローマウイルス（以下、HPV）ワクチン接種が大幅に遅れている。諸外国ではHPVワクチン接種に関して戦略的ガイドラインが示され、男子への公費助成が開始されるなど、接種率向上に向けて有効に活用されているが、我が国では全く用いられていない。本研究では、わが国での男子へのHPVワクチン公費開始後の速やかな接種率向上にむけて、男子中高生及び保護者のHPVワクチン接種に対する認識や行動に関連する要因を明らかにし、接種を促進させるための介入戦略を開発、効果を検証する。
