Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、手術室看護師の教育ニードを診断する尺度を開発し、尺度を用いた診断結果に基づく看護継続教育プログラム立案モデルの検討を目的とする。研究は3段階で実施する。第一に手術室看護師のロールモデル行動を解明する。第二にその結果をもとに教育ニードアセスメントツールを開発する。第三に既存の学習ニードアセスメントツールと開発した教育ニードアセスメントツールによる測定結果に基づく看護継続教育プログラム例を提示し、立案モデルを検討する。本研究の成果は、手術室看護師を対象とする組織的、系統的な看護継続教育プログラムの立案に向けた一資料となり、看護師のキャリア発達とそれに伴う手術看護の質向上に寄与する。
