Outline of Research at the Start

リンパ浮腫の進行は不可逆的であり、初期段階のアプローチがリンパ浮腫の重症化を防ぐために重要である。これまでに、超音波診断装置を用いて、乳がん術後リンパ浮腫患者の皮下組織の水分貯留状況に焦点をあて、画像解析技術を用いることで水分貯留を反映するパラメータを明らかにすることができた（Niwa, 2021, 2023）。
本研究では、これらのパラメータを用いて、より早期の対象者に焦点をあて、リンパ浮腫の発症の兆候を発見し、早期発見・早期ケア介入につなげることを目指す。本研究の目的は、無症候性および早期のリンパ浮腫患者を対象に、皮下組織の水分貯留状況を定量的に評価し、その特徴を明らかにすることである。
