Outline of Research at the Start	臨床の第一線でスタッフを管理監督する役割をもつ看護師長を対象とし、専門看護師を部下に持ち、心がけていることや困っていること、課題などを看護師長の研修受講歴やコンピテンシー評価尺度の結果と併せて質問紙調査によって収集する。その結果から、看護管理者の教育や専門看護師の活用について検討する。
