Outline of Research at the Start	ALSの情動制止困難の症状に起因した諸問題に苦悩している患者は多い。しかし、情動制止困難についての理解度は低く、患者の苦悩を緩和する看護が十分に実践されているとはいえない。そこで本研究は、現象学的アプローチを用いて、ALSの情動制止困難に対する看護実践がALS看護に精通している熟練看護師にどのように経験されているかを明らかにし、それらを基盤とした情動制止困難に対する看護実践モデルの構築を目指す。この研究成果は、情動制止困難に対する理解と看護を促進させ、熟練看護師の経験を根拠にした個別性および汎用性の高い情動制止困難に対する看護について示唆を与えるものであり、ALS患者の苦悩の緩和につながる。
