Outline of Research at the Start

申請者は，【ケア実施に伴う決定】を臨地実習で育成すべき学生の看護上の判断と定義し，成人看護学（急性期）実習に限定し，臨地実習指導者が学生の看護上の判断をどのようにとらえ学生に関わっているかをモデル化した．今後は，他領域実習への適応可能性を検証する必要がある．一方、ケア実施に伴う決定という看護上の判断を育成するには，学生と共に患者へのケア実施を共有することが不可欠であることが示唆されたため，学生の看護上の判断能力を育成するために，看護学教員と臨地実習指導者はどのように連携したらよいのか，また，課題も明らかにした上で，看護系大学生の看護上の判断能力を育成するためのモデルを構築することを目指す．
