Outline of Research at the Start

睡眠障害は多くの精神疾患に共通する課題であり、睡眠状況の客観的な観察と評価は重要である。しかし、多くの精神科病棟では、看護師の目視による観察や患者の主観的情報によって睡眠状況を把握しているのが現状である。精神疾患患者の睡眠に関する客観的かつ長期的な量的データはこれまで得られておらず、その特性や影響を与えうる要因については未だ不明のままである。そこで、本研究の目的は、精神疾患患者の睡眠状況の現状を客観的な量的データを用いて把握し、精神疾患患者における睡眠に影響を与える要因の探索、精神疾患患者における睡眠パターンの同定、睡眠障害が起こる精神疾患患者の予測モデルの構築を行うことである。
