Outline of Research at the Start

急性冠症候群患者の早期受診に関する研究では、海外で行われている先行研究と異なる結果が国内で報告されている。この差異はACSに対する認識や発症時の心理的変化といった認知的・感情的要因が影響していると考えられるが、国内では十分検討されていない。本研究では、ACS患者の発症前の症状や行動、発症時の症状や対処行動、心理的変化など含めたデータセットを構築し、国内のACS患者における認知的・感情的要因が発症から受診までの時間に及ぼす影響の解明を目指す。本研究結果は、国内外の認知的・感情的要因の差異について学術的な整合性を与え、ACS患者の早期受診を促す啓発活動や患者教育に活用することができると考える。
