Outline of Research at the Start

近年、子どもと家族を中心とした医療・ケアが求められており、コミュニケーションの重要性が再認識されている。しかし、がんの子どもや家族の視点から効果的なコミュニケーションについて調査された研究は少なく、コミュニケーションに関する既存のガイドやツールは、医療従事者の意見を基に作成されたものがほとんどである。そこで、本研究は、がん闘病中の子どもと家族にとっての効果的なコミュニケーションを探索すること、また、その結果に基づいて、がんの子ども、家族とのコミュニケーションを改善するための医療従事者向け教育プログラムの開発と効果検証を行う事を目的とする。
