Outline of Research at the Start

訪問看護が必要な医療的ケア児は増加している。しかし、小児在宅ケアは高度な知識と経験が必要であり小児在宅療養者の受け入れを躊躇する訪問看護ステーションは多い(倉田,2018)。本研究では、訪問看護師が医療的ケア児の情報を簡単に入力するだけでその児に沿った看護ケアを支援するアプリを開発する。このアプリの開発により、小児の訪問受け入れ数を各施設2倍以上に増やすことが目標である。最良のアプリ開発のためには、PDCAサイクルで計画・実行・評価・改良を何度も回すことは品質改良のために必要不可欠である。そこで、実装科学の評価法を用い、開発後の改良を繰り返すことにより、より良いアプリ開発を目指す。
