Outline of Research at the Start	神経学的予後・生命予後が極めて厳しい状態と宣告された疾患を持つ子どもを持つ家族へインタビューを実施し、医療者が伝えた言葉をどのように理解し、受け止め、治療を選択していったのかという出産前後からのプロセスを明らかにする。その結果をもとに、「家族に対して、いつ、何をどのように伝えていくべきか」「家族が悔いのない治療選択を行う上で、どのような病状説明が適切か」の指針となるモデルを検討していく。
