Outline of Research at the Start

近年注目を集めている「プレコンセプション・ヘルス」の概念は、妊娠前の男女の健康に焦点を当てたもので、健康的な妊娠・出産を迎え、次世代の子どもがより健康になるために重要であるばかりか、あらゆるライフステージにおける健康課題解決の鍵となり得る。本研究では、プレコンセプション・ヘルス・チェックリストを開発し、生活習慣等のプレコンセプション・ヘルスに関する個々人の現状をスコア化可能とする。さらに、妊娠を視野に入れた男女を対象に調査を行い、チェックリストのスコアと妊娠・健康アウトカムとの関連を検証する。
