Outline of Research at the Start	目的：就労女性の月経教育に対するニーズを明らかにし、就労女性の月経教育に対するニーズに基づく教育プログラムを開発する。対象・方法：20～40代の就労女性を対象に月経教育ニーズ把握のためのWeb調査を実施し、月経教育ニーズを把握する。その後、ニーズをもとに教育内容の仮設モデルを構築し、就労女性2～3名に対し小集団での予備介入を行い、モデルの適合度を検討する。
