Outline of Research at the Start

AYA世代の二分脊椎症者は複雑なセルフマネジメントを行いながら生活し、学校生活や就労、友人関係等において困難を抱えやすいことから、症者と家族はQuality of Life（QOL）低下のリスクがあると考えられる。本研究は、①二分脊椎症者とその家族の視点を重視した家族QOLの測定尺度であるGlobal Family Quality of Life Scale（G-FQOLS）の日本語版を開発し、②AYA世代の二分脊椎症者と、症者を含めた家族のQOLの実態を明らかにすること、③家族QOLの関連要因を明らかにすることを目的とし、家族QOL向上のための介入プログラムの開発に向けた資料とする。
