Outline of Research at the Start	タンザニア農村部の妊婦健診において、看護職が妊婦に対して高圧的で一方向性のコミュニケーションをとる傾向があり、看護職不足から、妊婦健診と同時にプログラムを担当する看護職スタッフを確保することの困難や、ファシリテーターとしての経験不足によりプログラムを実施することへの不安が課題である。本研究は、タンザニア農村部の妊婦健診を担当している看護職を対象に、教材を使用した妊婦を対象とした持続可能なプログラムの実装につなげることを目的とする。
