Outline of Research at the Start

出生前診断技術の発展に伴い，妊娠期に子どもの生命を脅かす病態を診断される女性・家族が増え，意思決定支援の必要性が高まっている。本研究は，申請者が開発した1施設での適応可能性を考えて開発された試行的意思決定ガイドを発展させ，時間的制約のある外来診療の場で女性・家族，医療者ともに使いやすく，標準化された支援ツールとして精緻化し，臨床実装に向けた評価を行う。本研究結果を基盤に，本邦において周産期緩和ケアに基づいた医療従事者と家族との協働意思決定（Shared decision-making）の構築を目指す。
