Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は①保健師による脆弱な個人や家族（Vulnerable individuals and families）に対するケアリングを促すためのOJTプログラムを開発し、②その有効性を“保健師の実践能力”、“保健師が所属する職場のケアリング実践環境の構築”及び“支援対象者への支援内容とそれによる支援対象者の変化”の観点から検証することである。研究は【研究１：保健師による脆弱な個人や家族へのケアリング概念の精緻化】、【研究２：事例検討会を中心とするOJTプログラムの開発】、【研究３：OJTプログラムの有効性の検証】で構成する。OJTプログラムの推進者は職場の管理的立場の保健師。
