Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、閉じこもり独居高齢者に対する地域活動参加支援自己評価尺度―地域包括支援センター保健師用―を開発することを目的とする。地域包括支援センター保健師を対象とした半構成面接調査を行い、その結果を基に尺度案を作成する。その後、ワークショップやパイロットスタディ、大規模な質問紙調査を実施することにより構成概念等の妥当性を検討・確認し尺度を完成する。当尺度は、保健師が閉じこもり独居高齢者に対する支援を自己評価することで課題を明確にし、支援の方向性を見出すことに活用される。またこのことは、閉じこもり独居高齢者のＱＯＬの向上を目指した支援の在り方について、今後体系化を行う際の基盤となる。
