Outline of Research at the Start	認知症の発症の前駆段階である軽度認知障害の段階で、すでに脳の病理変化や生活機能障害が生じていると指摘されていることから、それよりも前の段階と考えられている主観的認知機能低下（Subjective cognitive decline:SCD）に着目した。認知機能低下に伴い身体機能は低下していくことが知られていることから、SCDの段階のうち、実際に認知症の発症につながる身体機能を明らかにすることが本研究の目的である。認知機能は健常から軽度認知障害の段階でも鋭敏に評価できる指標を使用し、運動機能は歩幅のばらつきや筆圧・筆跡のデータなど運動の質的側面を評価する予定である。
