Outline of Research at the Start

基盤となる先行研究から、主介護者の否定的・不適切な行動を抽出し、本研究では、① 認知症高齢者を介護する訪問看護師の視点から虐待の前段階を捉えるための質問紙を作成し、② その信頼性と妥当性を検証し、③ 訪問看護師が虐待前段階を評価する虐待前段階評価尺度を開発する。本尺度を開発することで、訪問看護師が主介護者による虐待の前段階で介入することができ、虐待を未然に防ぐことができる。
