Outline of Research at the Start	これまで、アルコールの危険な使用は女性より男性の方が多く、ジェンダー・ギャップがあったが、近年このギャップが急速に縮小している。女性の生活習慣病のリスクを高める飲酒（ハイリスク飲酒）者が増えている。原因として、働く女性の増加に伴う飲酒機会の増加や飲酒に対する意識・イメージの変化が想定されているが、明らかになっていない。本研究の第1の目的は、働く女性をターゲットにインタビューやアンケート調査を行い、ハイリスク飲酒の背景要因および、支援や治療につながるための促進要因を明らかにする。第2の目的として「働く女性」をターゲットとした飲酒習慣改善促進プログラムを開発し、有用性を検証することを目的とする。
