Outline of Research at the Start	災害大国日本において今年は関東大震災から100年の節目に当たる。この間、阪神大震災、東日本大震災が起こり、その教訓を生かして将来の大規模災害のリスクに直面することが求められている。筆者は、看護師の災害派遣準備指標を開発し、準備レベルを評価することによって個人のレディネス向上に努めてきた。2021年度からはこの指標を生かした、災害派遣準備プログラムを開発するために、災害拠点病院の看護部長を対象に調査を実施してきた。本研究の目的は、開発した派遣準備プログラムを実際に活用し、評価・修正することである。本研究を通じてこのプログラムを活用することによりその有効性の実証とさらなる活用性の向上が期待できる。
