Outline of Research at the Start

COPDにおいては、予後予測が困難であるために医療者による終末期医療に対する意思決定支援が遅れ、患者の終末期治療の意思を伝える機会を逸している。患者本人の意思と最善の利益を最優先する終末期看護の実践に向けて、COPD患者の状態像に応じた意思決定支援を明らかにする。COPD患者の終末期における状態像は多様であることから、COPD患者の終末期における訪問看護師の支援を構成する概念のうち、本研究では「終末期医療と療養場の選択」に着目して、状態像に応じた意思決定支援を具体的に可視化する。
