Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、先行研究で明らかにしたALP概念モデルを基に、多職種と共に在宅在宅重症者の母親のALPを支援するプログラムの開発を目指すことである。
在宅在宅重症者の支援には多職種との連携が欠かせない。保健・福祉・医療など多くの支援者が存在する。例えば、相談支援専門員が在宅重症者の支援計画を検討する際には、母親への今後の意向を聞き取ることが必要となる。相談支援専門員や看護師等の働きかけの時期について明確にした上で、先行研究で明らかにした在宅で在宅重症者と共に生きる母親のALP概念モデルを活用したALPの支援プログラムを開発し、プログラムの妥当性を検証する。
