Outline of Research at the Start

人は脱水になると認知機能が低下することでミスしてしまうため、脱水を予防することが望ましい。看護師は勤務によって脱水が生じることが明らかになっているが、屋外移動を伴う訪問看護ステーションで勤務する医療従事者の脱水については実態および脱水を改善・予防する方法が検証されていない。
本研究の目的は、①訪問看護ステーションで勤務する医療従事者の脱水の実態と要因を明らかにすること、②実態と要因に合わせた効果的な介入方法を検討・開発すること、③開発した介入方法を実施し、脱水の改善・予防方法を検証することである。脱水を改善・予防することで、健康的な職場環境の提案および医療ミスの予防にも寄与することが期待できる。
