Outline of Research at the Start

労働者では腰痛の有病率が62%と高く、出勤しているが健康問題によって労働遂行能力が低下している状態であるプレゼンティーズムが問題となっているが、腰痛によるプレゼンティーズムを改善する有効な手段は確立されていない。そこで、本研究は産業労働者に対する腰痛教育と運動を組み合わせたプレゼンティーズム改善プログラムを開発、その効果を検証することを目的とする。
