Outline of Research at the Start

近年、入居者の増加が目立つ介護付き有料老人ホームの入居者が、自身の死をどの様に捉えているかを対話を通して明らかにし、拒否的～前向きに考える等、個々人の準備性に即した中長期的な介入（きっかけ作り、場の調整）を行いながら、高齢者や家族、支援者のACPへの姿勢・意識変化の軌跡を、ケーススタディの積み重ねによるＭ-ＧＴA（修正版グランディッド・セオリー）を通して明らかにすることである。
