| Outline of Research at the Start |
地域包括ケアシステムの構築を目指すわが国の施策において、介護老人保健施設（以下，老健）は、在宅復帰支援という重要な役割・機能を担っている。しかし、老健で在宅復帰を目的に入所する利用者は、様々な問題や課題をかかえており、老健の看護職の役割と職域を明確化し支援の強化を図ることが喫緊の課題である。 看護職は、在宅復帰を目的とする様々な支援に携わっているが、これまで実態調査は十分にされていない。老健看護職への面接調査と、実体験による在宅復帰支援に関する事例を聴取し、質的記述法を用いて看護職の役割や経験知をカテゴリーとして抽出する。
