Outline of Research at the Start	術後せん妄は心臓大血管手術後においても発生率は高く、入院期間の延長や死亡率の増加、長期的な生活の質（QOL）の低下や医療費の増大など社会に多大な影響を及ぼす。術後せん妄に対する非薬物的介入は、本邦では術後早期から行う看護ケアやリハビリテーションが標準的であるが、海外では術前から実施する対策が提唱されている。術後の介入に加え、術前から多職種で対策を行う事でさらなる予防効果が期待できるが、本邦では術前から多職種で行う介入は未だ確立されていない。本研究では、心臓大血管手術の術前から多職種で行う周術期せん妄予防プログラムを構築し、プログラム導入による効果の検証を行う。
