Outline of Research at the Start	運動療法実施時にHFNCを異なる2つの設定で使用し、比較調査した研究は行われていない。本研究では、設定間の比較検討を行うことでより運動療法に適した酸素補給の方法について突き詰めていく新しい調査である。 ①HFNC併用での運動療法が全身酸素状態と筋酸素状態に与える影響 ②2つの条件の異なるHFNC使用下での運動療法による運動耐容能・筋酸素動態改善効果について明らかし、HFNC使用による運動療法の改善メカニズムを明らかにする。
