Outline of Research at the Start

近年、透析患者への腎臓リハビリテーションが注目されているが、未だ十分なエビデンスはない。また新規透析導入を回避すべき保存期慢性腎臓病(CKD)患者に対する効果も明らかでない。本研究では、保存期CKD患者において、eHealthにより定量化された運動データに基づき、個々の患者に適した運動指導を行うことで、腎機能の維持あるいは腎機能低下の軽減が可能となるか検討し、さらにその機序も解明する。
