Outline of Research at the Start

梨状筋の過緊張は、腰痛、殿部痛、ならびに梨状筋症候群の要因となることが知られており、リハビリテーション医療ではこの伸張運動が慣例的に実施されている。一方、梨状筋は股関節深層に位置し、同様の作用を有する他の筋群と近接しているだけではなく、股関節の肢位によっては回旋作用が逆転することが報告されており、梨状筋の選択的かつ最適な伸張手技については、研究者間で見解が一致しておらず、未だコンセンサスが得られていない。本研究の目的は、研究代表者の解剖学的研究の示唆に基づいた新しい観点から解剖体の機能解析を行うことで、梨状筋に最適な選択的伸張方法を開発することである。
