Outline of Research at the Start	姿勢不安定性の改善には視覚情報への依存度軽減と体性感覚の感度向上が重要である。高齢者においては，体性感覚低下の一因となる皮膚温の低下が生じ，姿勢不安定性を引き起こすことが知られている。本研究では健常若年者および高齢者を対象に，皮膚温を上昇させる温熱療法が姿勢不安定性に与える即時効果，および運動療法との継続的な併用による学習効果を検証する。
