Outline of Research at the Start

「DT患者における脳機能・精神心理的フレイル指標として、脳血流量の低下があげられるのではないか」という学術的「問い」を探求すべく、DT患者のLVAD術前・術後に脳血流SPECT(single photon emission computed tomography)検査を行い、脳血流量と脳機能・精神心理的フレイルとの関連を明らかにすることを目的とする。
本研究の目的を達成することで、DT患者におけるLVAD管理上、より問題となる可能性が高い脳機能・精神心理的フレイルの客観的画像指標としての脳血流検査の有用性が示される可能性があると共に、DT患者における脳機能・精神的フレイルの機序解明が期待される。
