Outline of Research at the Start

精神疾患に関連するスティグマ（偏見や差別）を軽減させるためには、当事者との交流及び精神疾患に関する教育により当事者への理解を深めることが最も効果的とされる。しかし、当事者の負担などから交流の実施には課題もある。そこで、本研究では、交流の代替手段として、当事者が日常で経験するスティグマや個人的な回復の過程（リカバリー）を体験できる仮想現実（VR）プログラムを当事者とともに開発し、その効果を検証する。
