Outline of Research at the Start

就労年代での発症が一定数を占める心疾患患者では、過労が不整脈や心不全増悪の誘因となるため復職に対して特別な配慮を要する。しかしながら、就業中の労働強度や心不全増悪の有無を適切にモニタリングするシステムは整備されておらず、このことが患者の心的負担となり労働生産性の低下、さらには離職につながっていると考えられる。近年のモバイルヘルスの発展により、患者の生体反応をリアルタイムに評価することが可能となってきている。本研究ではウェアラブルデバイスを用いて患者の就労中の心拍数及び活動強度をモニタリング・評価・フィードバックし、復職を目指す患者に寄り添った次世代型の就労支援システムの確立を目指す。
