Outline of Research at the Start

ヒトは2歳～3歳になると自然に走れるようになるが、走能力には大きな個人差がある。近年の研究によれば、子どもの疾走能力には技術（ランニング フォーム）が強く関係している。成人の短距離選手は全力疾走時に適切なタイミングで下肢筋を収縮・弛緩させることでピッチを高くしているが、子どもでも同様かは不明である。そこで、本研究では子どもにおける速く走るために必要な筋の神経制御機構を明らかにすることを目的とする。さらに、その神経制御を身に着ける方法について指導プログラムを作成し、その効果を検証する。
