Outline of Research at the Start

本研究で我々は、アトピー性皮膚炎によって生じるメンタルヘルスの不調のメカニズムとして、ECMと運動に着目した新たな研究を提案する。本研究の核心をなす学術的「問い」は、「皮膚と脳のECMの動的連関は、アトピー性皮膚炎とうつ病に共通する病態基盤か?」というものである。さらに、運動が脳と皮膚のECMに作用することを踏まえ、運動がアトピー性皮膚炎によるメンタルヘルスの不調の改善に役立つ可能性を検討する。
