Outline of Research at the Start

スポーツ現場では効果的な筋肥大のために，食事量を増やし，トレーニング前に体脂肪量を増加させる筋増量処方が実践されている．しかし体脂肪量の増加と筋肥大の因果関係は明らかではなく，上記の筋増量法を支持する科学的根拠は乏しい．本研究では，脂肪移植技術を用いて，体脂肪量増加と筋肥大の因果関係およびそのメカニズムをアディポカインに着目して検証する．
