Outline of Research at the Start	青年アスリートは競技場面の内外で様々な困難に直面するため、抑うつ症状や問題行動といった心理社会的不適応のリスクを有する。彼らの適応が促進されるメカニズムを明らかにし、より効果的な支援策の提案を行うため、本研究では、以下に示す二つの目的を設定した。具体的には、環境感受性（種々の環境要因に対する反応性・被影響性を表す特性）の個人差を踏まえつつ、二つの目的について、段階的に検討を進める。目的1：青年アスリートが、競技場面の内外で生じた困難にどのように対処し、適応が促進されるかのメカニズムについて、仮説モデルの構築と検証を行う。目的2：上記の成果に基づく心理教育プログラムの構築とその効果検証を行う。
