Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題の核心をなす学術的「問い」は、『ヒトはなぜ“力む”のか？』である。スポーツにおける“力み”がパフォーマンスを低下させることは広く知られている。しかし、力み現象を解明するための方法論が確立されていないことから、この問いの答えは不明のままである。そこで本研究課題では、目標とする身体運動とその運動を生成するために必要な力発揮の認知的なズレに着目し、以下3つの下位問題の解決を目指す：①力みを誘発する実験パラダイムの構築、②力み状態の定量的評価指標の同定、③力み状態と力み誘導要因の関係性の解析。本研究課題で得られる知見は、力まない動きへ導く最適な運動指導法の探究につながることが期待される。
