Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、就学前後の子どもが、日々の教育活動の枠組みの中で実践できる鬼ごっこによる運動遊びに取り組むことの効果を、体力と実行機能の向上という観点において科学的に解明することを目的とする。本研究では、小学１年生を対象とした体育授業の導入部分で実践できる運動領域に応じた鬼ごっこによる運動遊びを作成する。また、５歳児を対象とした幼稚園の外遊びの時間内で実践できる鬼ごっこによる運動遊びを作成する。その上で、小学１年生と５歳児が、作成した各実践に取り組むことの効果を、体力と実行機能の向上という観点から初めて明らかにする。
