Outline of Research at the Start

現在の学校教育において、いかに教師が子供達の自律性や自尊感情、他者との関係性を高める環境を提供できるかが重要な課題であり、そのための教師の取り組みとして、子供達の基本的心理欲求（Basic Psychological Needs : BPN）を充足させ、同時にBPNの不満足度を抑制する教師行動の重要性が提唱されている。これらの教師行動は「欲求支援・阻害行動」と呼ばれている。しかし、教師の欲求支援・阻害行動と子供達のBPNの関係については、横断的な調査にのみ留まっており、変数間の因果関係の検討が十分ではない。本研究では、その因果関係を縦断的に実証することを目的としている。
