Outline of Research at the Start

CKDは、早期に対処し、腎機能を保つことが重要である。Pの過剰摂取が腎機能を低下することは知られているが、Pの摂取量だけではなく、摂取するリン酸塩の形態にも留意すべきことを申請者は報告した。CKD患者における腎臓の機能維持にとって、摂取する食品はとても重要である。本研究は、CKD患者の腎機能維持を目指し、リン酸塩の形態差が及ぼす腎臓への影響を初期動態に着目して検討する。まずは、1）腎機能についてリン酸塩による腎臓マーカーの動態の違いを経時的に検討していく。さらに、2）腎組織像から、腎臓の形態学的変化および免疫染色を用い、線維化や石灰化について詳細に検討する。
