Outline of Research at the Start

人間の生得的な身体はバーチャルリアリティ（VR）やロボティクス技術によって拡張可能であり，同期された多感覚の刺激による拡張身体の認知機序の解明が望まれている．本研究では，細やかな運動が可能であり，触覚に敏感である顔面を用いたインタラクションが拡張身体に対する認知に与える影響を検証する．顔面の計測・触覚刺激提示が可能な頭部装着型ディスプレイ（HMD）組込式システムを開発し，手の接触感の顔面への提示による身体認知や，顔面運動によって操作したロボットアームの触覚フィードバックの顔面への提示による身体所有感を検証する．
