Outline of Research at the Start

テープの剥がし跡には、シェルピンスキーガスケットに似たフラクタル的な時空カオスが現れることが知られている。本研究では，この現象を再現する反応拡散的なパターン形成モデルの数理的性質をしらべ，テープの剥がし跡のパターン形成という現象の背景にある数理構造の探求を行う。また、モデルから見いだされるスケーリングなどの統計的な性質が実際のテープの剥がし跡においても観察できるか検証する。
